Need for Speed: Carbon, is an exponential game for the series. It has the elements that defined the Need for Speed series starting with Underground and ending with NFS’s comeback to the simulation arena= Need for Speed shift.

NNFS Carbon is all about the lights, the shiny graphics, the fast cars and the illegal street racing and all its glamor. Obviously enough, the plot is very thin, but some say it’s a racing game and that generally speaking, people (men in particular) don’t need a reason to enjoy driving a virtual car (as you might need a storyline in a RPG game for instance). And this is where NFS Carbon did its best: despite the fact that it had “arcade” written everywhere around it, it managed to bring a certain something that every gamer in the world is after: fun.
