Ares 1-X Rocket Launch Delayed Until Tomorrow Due To Bad Weather
I have to say that I am really sorry folks. I apologize for urging you to watch the Ares 1-X Rocket launch today at 8AM EDT, but this is our good (actually bad) ol’ weather. NASA officially announced that the launch of the towering rocket was delayed due to bad weather, however, the Ares 1-X Rocket has been scheduled to lift off at the same time tomorrow morning. If you bought tickets to attend the launch, then they are still valid so don’t you lose them!
The launch of the 100-meter rocket was delayed multiple times as NASA was hoping that the weather will allow the Ares 1-X test flight to take place. I remind you that the two-minute test flight cost NASA about $445 million and I’m sure these delays will cost our beloved astro-lovers a lot more that this.
Well, we will return with more information tomorrow morning so be sure to check the status of the Ares 1-X Rocket launch before 8AM EDT, October 28th.
