The HTC HD2 will become available sometime in Q1 2010 in the US, at least this is what industry sources claim. If you are from Europe then you can consider yourself a lucky guy because the Windows Mobile 6.5-running smartphone will be ready for shipping as of November 9 at T-Mobile UK. At the moment the HD2’s US remains unknown, but the fact that T-Mobile UK announced the phone, makes us believe that previous rumors are true and the handheld will be carrier by T-Mo.

T-Mobile UK shows that the HTC HD2 will be released on November 9, however, the pricing remains unknown. There are two problems of that page: first, that’s a picture of the HTC Touch HD, and second, the HD2 is a WinMo phone, not an Android phone so that you can download apps from the Android Market.

We’re humans, we make mistakes, but what if there is something else behind this error? Remember the HD2’s Android counterpart codenamed Dragon now called HTC Passion? HTC’s CEO said that he’s concentrating on Windows Mobile, but what if he was just joking? Well, we should wait until more details surface. HTC announced that the HD2 will be launched on November 4, while shipping will start as of November 11th.
