One of Microsoft’s advantages over Sony was that Xbox 360 users could stream Netflix content to their consoles, while PS3 users were left out in the cold. A few weeks ago we announced that Netflix has signed a partnership with Microsoft which will allow PS3 fanboys to stream TV episodes and movies to their beloved device. Everything will be completed today as Netflix is now sending emails and is shipping Netflix instant streaming discs to users who requested them.

The Netflix instant streaming disc is free and if you requested one then you are a whole lot happier than other users who preferred to wait for a XMB update from Sony which might destroy everything in your console. Before saying that I’m wrong, then I must say that a lot of our readers have reported problems with Sony updates, and frankly, I don’t know what these guys trying to do with these updates, but they should change their minds and provide GOOD software updates for their consumers who paid big money for the PS3 consoles. There, I said it. Shame on you Sony!
