Apple issued Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.2 update
On the 9th of November, Apple arrived with an update for the Mac OS X Snow Leopard, advancing it to the 10.6.2. version. It seems the older version contained a bug, erasing data when entering a guest account. Apparently this new version has no longer trouble concerning that bug. Another issue that bothered old version users, would suddenly log you out of your system. Apple seems to have treaded it also, along with 14 other problems found in the operating system. Spotlight searches are now bound to show Exchange contacts in their results. Unlike the previous version of Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Apple also included “general stability improvements”, as they like to say, for iLife, Final Cut Studio, iDisk, iWork, Aperture and MobileMe. At the same time we can assist at the improvement of the Mac Os X Leopard Sever to version 10.6.2. Making use of Apple’s System Image Utility will no longer be a problem in creating the desired images, the installation of NetRestore images being automated. You can now find both Mac OS X 10.6.2 server and client on Apple’s Web site as free updates.
