If it were to ask me then I’d say that the new BlackBerry Curve is a lot better than the Palm Pixi, however, WalMart is a true game changer in this case, and probably everything is related with Black Friday 2009. The Palm Pixi is launching on November 15th and Sprint is going to ask $100 for the 2nd WebOS-based smartphone in the world. Apparently, WalMart is going to offer the Pixi as of November 24th and thanks to the LetsTalk rebate, the handset will cost only $30 which is an amazingly good deal.

Some of you (or most of you) have had an awful experience with the LetsTalk rebates, but WalMart says that this time it’s offering instant rebates so I’m almost sure that you won’t encounter any problems. Of course the phone is available with a two-year commitment to Sprint, but that’s not going to stop you, right? It’s probably better than heading to AT&T. On a side note WalMart’s Black Friday 2009 deals are looking promising and you might as well wait until November 27th to buy a new smartphone.
