I don’t like the robots. Especially not big ones. Maybe I just hate the idea of something as tall as me, who has the same structure as me only a hundred times more powerful and that can perform a billion mathematical operations each second. But that is just me. It seems that the Japanese really love robots. And they can turn you into one for around 4 000 US dollars.Cyberdyne Corporation of Japan, in conjunction with Daiwa House will soon begin producing a bodysuit that will enhance your body movement and increase your strength up to ten times. This suit is called Hybrid Assistive Limb (HAL for short) and will detect the biosignals your brain transmits to your muscles to make them move. Then, it will perform the same operation your muscles will, only better. This is the official explanation coming from the Cyberdyne Website :
“When a person attempts to move, nerve signals are sent from the brain to the muscles via motoneuron, moving the musculoskeletal system as a consequence. At this moment, very weak biosignals can be detected on the surface of the skin. HAL catches these signals through a sensor attached on the skin of the wearer. Based on the signals obtained, the power unit is controlled to wearer’s daily activities.”
The HAL suit can be used in a long list of situations: it can help people with movement disabilities, it can be used for otherwise difficult industrial tasks, in disaster rescue situations and, of course, for your entertainment.
According to Cyberdyne, the annual production should be around 400 units and you can get one for around $4.200 US dollars. Maybe RoboCop is not that far away!

Most moving companies do the packing for you, then load and unload the truck. If you decided to pack on your own, use sturdy boxes that can be found at moving companies, truck rental companies or most office supply stores.
