January 10, 2010 Brings 011110, 110110, or 100111 Binary Codes To Your Inner Geek
Some call it the geekiest year ever, but that’s really not true because we’ve had something similar ten years ago and nine years ago. So today is January 11, 2010 and if you’re going to write this like MMDDYY, DDMMYY, or YYMMDD then you’ll get something like 011110, 110110, or 100111. And when you think that we’ve had January 1st, 2010, and that October 10th, October 11th, November 10th, November 11th will follow then you might think that this is the geekiest year ever, but it’s not.
This is a binary year and we should be happy that we had lives this several times so far and that we’re going to experience one more until 2012 is coming. If you like binary numbers then rejoice and if you’re celebrating this day then send us some pictures. We’ll be glad to post them!
