Did you heard someone before that Nexus One is a good deal? Bbetween Nexus One,  iPhone  would you choose Apple`s device? Nexus One seems to be a good deal bought without an extra-plan and unlocked. In a post on Phanandroid, was explained how Google introduced its own ETS or Early Termination Fee, which has nothing to do with carriers ETF. If a Nexus One buyer, will cancel his plan, later than 14 days since the plan was activated, and earlier than 4 months, besides carrier`s ETF, the user must pay an extra fee to Google, this clause being available in the Nexus One terms of sale.

Nexus One costs $529 without service plan. The version bought from a carrier, as example T-Mobile, Nexus One is $179. If the users will quit its plan earlier, they`ll have to pay a $200 fee to T-Mobile and $350 to Google, a simple mathematical operation reveals that Google`s phone will cost around $730. The fee from the carrier is a normal thing, because the phone is at a discounted price, and the carrier must recover its money, but what about Google?

The situation is a little confusing, because thing didn`t happen anywhere in the world this. This will make consumers to think twice to the situation, and they will become suspicious paying two fees: one to the carrier and one to the manufacturer. Could someone explain this? This subject earned interest and I`m sure that a second article on this issue will appear.
