Google’s comming up with a new application named Google Docs that allows you to upload, store and organize any type of file on the web, all you need is an Internet connection and from that point you can access your files from any computer, anywhere you are.

Google Docs
Google offered 1 GB of free storage for files you don’t convert into Google Docs formats(i.e. Google documents, spreadsheets, and presentations), and 250 MB upload of any type of files to Google Docs, instead of using the old fashion way when needed to email yourself files, being very difficult to do that with large files. If you need additional space you can buy it for $0.25 per GB per year. If this project will be successful, maybe it will be more useful than the USB drive that helped with files to big to be sent over email.
As i was saying, with Google Docs you can store and organize files more easily, for example you can create a share folder and upload files, pictures, documents or whatever you want for other people to view, download and print. Just like PDFs, spreadsheets and presentations you can search for your uploaded documents and besides that, with Google Docs viewer you can look for common document file types. This feature will be available over the next couple of weeks.
