Well apparently for Kodak the last case with Samsung was not enough, because its attorneys have submitted three different processes against Apple and RIM. Two of the cases are exactly as the one with Samsung, the first is an International Trade Commission complaint saying that BlackBerrys and iPhones are using Kodak’s previewing program illegal, while the other is against Apple only in the Western District of New York  and also includes a certificate on processing images at different resolutions. The third case focuses also on Apple which alleges infringement of several certificates on computer programs calling to other programs, but Kodak’s already enforced them against Sun in a 2004 case. Kodak says that it’s not trying to remove anything off the market, but just after fair license terms.
