It’s no surprise that Apple is preparing new cover for the upcoming and very much awaited iPhone 4. After their new touchscreen innovation, it’s only normal and safe to assume that they are going to implant it in their new iPhone generation as well as the concept ideas they “borrowed” from the iMac. Recently there where found to unknown patents from Apple; one referring at an iPhone Stylus and one at a customizable GUI.

The iPhone Stylus sounds like a good idea; but it’s no ordinary stylus; the July 2009 dated patent indicates a conductive tip specially designed for the iPhone’s screen and the ability to measure the angle and force. The stylus has not yet been announced and some say Apple has issued this patent just in case some other competitive firm decides to create a stylus for the iPhone – we all know you couldn’t fail with that – but with the iPhone 4 being on its way, well, anything is possible. So we’ll know for sure once the new iPhone arrives. Personally I can’t wait.
