Download iPhone 3.1.3 OS Minor Update To Get Improved Battery Life

Now that Apple stopped focusing on the iPad, the company can deliver the good for iPhone and iPod Touch users around the world. I’ll being this post by stating that all of you who had jailbroken and unlocked your device have to stay put until the iPhone Dev team says that it’s safe to upgrade. If it’s not safe, then wait for the unlock / jailbreak tool to do the “jobs.” iPhone 3.1.3 OS is now available for download for all iPhone and iPod Touch users, and although you shouldn’t be too excited about this minor update, I want say to you that this version will improve the battery life of your device.

The iPhone 3.1.3 OS changelog is short, but it also says that the issues when some 3rd party apps wouldn’t launch are fixes as well as the bug which caused apps to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard. I don’t have an iPhone so I can’t really test if the battery is better. If you update to iPhone OS 3.1.3 then let us know how it works for you so far!
