HP Mini 1151NR Officially Coming To Verizon On May 17th

Well, we are pleased to target our prediction regarding the HP Mini 1151NR. A few days ago we reported that the netbook will land on Verizon Wireless as of May 17th, and it has been confirmed. Today, Verizon has officially announced that the HP Mini is coming in just a few days, and they also released the pricing list. The netbook will cost you $199.99 only after a $50 mail-in rebate and with a two-year Verizon Mobile Broadband commitment. Now, that two-year commitment means that you will have to pay $39.99 per month for 250MB with overage at 10 cents per MB, while the $59.99 per month plan provides you 5GB with overage at 5 cents per MB.

HP Mini 1151NR Netbook

The HP Mini 1151NR Netbook features a 10.1-inch LED BrightView Infinity display with a 1024 x 576 resolution, Intel Atom 1.6Ghz processor, 1GB of RAM, 80GB HDD, Windows XP Home Edition SP3, 802.11b/g WLAN, Ethernet RJ-45, Bluetooth, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, built-in webcam, VGA out, stereo speakers, built-in mic, microphone jack, SD/MMC card slot, and a three cell battery.
