World of Warcraft 3.1.2 Patch has been released on the PTR and there are a few changes worth mentioning. The Lake Wintergrasp daily quests have been changed to weekly quests, critical strike chance bonus has been decreased to 25% from 100% for Juggernaut, you can fish in all parts of the Dalaran sewers for the Jewel of the Sewers quest, and the 10 player bosses who drop Runed Orbs will also drop the recipes that use the orbs sometimes.

Those are the most important updates, but check out below for other important updates the WoW 3.1.2 patch brings:

1. Player controlled creatures can no longer be exorcised.
2. Scopes now have a level requirement.
3. Scopes blind the item to which they are applied.
4. You can now catch the Phantom Ghostfish in the Nettlefish schools.
5. Lock and Load now displays its actual occurring chance.
6. Swordguard increases the ranged attack power correctly.
7. The equipment manager can be activated from the Options menu and it will allow players to store their equipment sets, and swap from one set to another using shortkeys.
8. Argent Tournament mounts gets new art textures.
9. Death Knights get an improved Death Strike.
10. Ghoul Frenzy has 10 seconds cooldown.
11. Innervate now grants 450% of the Druid’s base mana pool for 20 seconds.
12. Improved Moonkin Form grants 10,20,30% of the Druid’s spirit as spell power.
13. The images summoned by the Mirror Images will target the creature that hates the mage.
14. Paladins Blessing of Wisdom and Greater Blessing of Wisdon grant 92 mana for 5 seconds.
15. Priests Divine Hymm have reduced healing and healing scaling by 30%. Affected players buff is now 10%.
16. Renewed Hope effect can’t be dispelled.
17. Soul Warding reduces mana cost by 15%.
18. Warlocks: Fire and Brimstone increases the damage by 3/6/9/12/15 percent for Chaos Bold on the target affected by Immolate.
19. Warlocks: Fire and Brimstone increase the critical strike chance of Conflagrate by 5/10/15/20/25 percent.
20. Warlocks: Nether Protection now reduces damage by 30%.
21. Warlocks: Shadow and Flame includes Shadowburn.
22. The critical strike chance has increased to 8% for Frost Strike and Death coil with the Darkruned Battlegear 2-Piece Set Bonus.
23. Furious Gladiator’s Staff and Furious Gladiator’s Greatstaff afility values have been reduced by 50%.
24. Health and mana restored from Northrend food and drinks has increased.

The 3.1.2 Patch also comes with a few bug fixes:

1. Tooltip error corrected for the Anti-magic Shell.
2. Rank 2 Main is now considered a stun and can be escaped by Blink.
3. Explosive Shot critical strike triggers the Go For The Throat.
4. Tricks of the Trade can’t be can’t on non-player targets anymore.
5. Demonic Sacrifice is no longer in the Warlock’s spellbook.
6. Swordguard Embroidery increases ranged attack power correctly.
7. Hodir will now reset in a timely maner if it’s not killed.
