I have just realized why the past couple of months have been wonderful for gamers: the E3 conference is coming! In the gaming world nothing is different. It’s the same as everywhere: right before important shows game developers forget that they have to protect their games and leaks surface on the Internet. Even if they claim that these things (screenshots and trailers) are not real, we know they are genuine because it’s very hard to replicate such masterpiece.

Here is the Project TRICO trailer, a game developed by Team ICO and which will be published by Sony Computer Entertainment America. The game has been “somewhat” announced by game designed and Team ICO leader, Fumito Ueda, at the GDC 2009. Ueda said that we will find out more at E3, however, some screenshots and this great HD trailer leaked on the Internet and although it hasn’t been confirmed, I think that it’s genuine.

Project TRICO is a combination of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus. If you played ICO, then you will say that it resembles ICO a lot, and if you played Shadow of the Colossus, then you will say that it resembles Shadows of the Colossus a lot. Either way, Project TRICO is definitely a combo between the two as it features elements from both games.

Well, just check out the Project TRICO HD trailer, and I’m sure you will like the game. I guess we just have to wait for E3 to open its doors so that we can find out more!
