Rumors say that the Palm Eos, Centros’ successor may be released sooner than expected. The new smartphone will feature the webOS, a 320×400 2.63-inch capacitive touchscreen, 4GB of internal storage, A-GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, IM client, POP3, IMAP, EAS. It should also be very thin and light, attempting to conquer a bit of the Blackberrys’ market.

The Palm Eos should be released in the second half of 2009.
