RIM Preparing BlackBerry Onyx, Gemini, Pearl 3G, and Magnum For AT&T
RIM has declared love to AT&T and the firm is preparing to launch four BlackBerry smartphones which are heading to the carrier and its subscribers. The first cellphone will be the Onyx which features a HVGA+ display, 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus and image stabilization, QWERTY keyboard, trackball, 256MB of flash memory, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.o, 3.5mm headphone jack, microSD slot, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA.

The second phone is the BlackBerry Gemini which features a 512MHz processor, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, 256MB of flash memory, 128MB of RAM, Bluetooth 2.0, speakerphone, QVGA display, trackball, QWERTY keyboard, 2-megapixel camera, microSD slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, while there is no 3G.
The third phone is the BlackBerry Pearl 3G which will feature SureType, 3.6Mbps HSDPA, tri-band UMTS/HSDPA, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, AGPS, Bluetooth 2.0, trackball, a camera, microSD slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The last phone is also the best and it will be called Magnum. The BlackBerry Magnum will be successor of the Bold as it has been dubbed as the BlackBerry Bold portfolio evolution. The Magnum will feature the same powerful processor as the Bold, HVGA touchscreen, QWERTY keyboard, tri-band UMTS/HSDPA, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, GPS, WiFi, and a bigger memory than the Bold.
All of the above smartphones will go to AT&T and my favorite is the Magnum, but the Onyx is coming soon and it’s looking great. The BlackBerry Onyx is as good as the Bold, it features the cool Bold QWERTY keyboard, and it’s as small as a Curve. Sound perfect. Can’t wait for these cellphones to come out.
