For a few years now Apple devices have a problem: overheating. Finally someone had the courage to ask why.

There is a lawsuit concerning overheating on iPads. The complaint was released Friday in California and has a simple question: why is the iPad overheating so quickly in normal usage and in normal weather?

In Japan the same problem regarding iPod Nano. The order was issued by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and it asks Apple why they didn’t do something about the problem. Seiji Shimagami, a ministry official said that these things happen for some time now and measures had to be taken. This is what he had to say:

“We’ve been asking they outline the preventive actions that have been taken for two years, but we question whether enough has been done so we took official action.”

August 4th is the deadline for an explanation from Apple.

The overheating problem has to show that things can go wrong when you hurry a product and after that you don’t take measures to fix its problems after the release.
