WoW Patch 3.1.3 And Its Initial Patch Notes, Going To The Live Realms
World of Warcraft is preparing for a new update which will see the MMO getting some minor changes instead of major changes. I think that we won’t see major updates until the WoW 3.2.0 Update will be released, but let’s go back to what concerns us right now. Here are the WoW 3.1.3 initial patch notes which will NOT show up in the PTR, but they will go to the live realms which should be released soon. Please note that these are not official patch notes, they are only the initial patch notes, and they might not be accurate. Also I have to remind you once again that there are no major changes, and that the new Druid forms artwork will not show up in the patch, but they will be present in a later patch.

In the WoW Patch 3.1.3 the Overkill talent has been redesigned and it will increase energy regeneration by 30% when “stealthed”, and when you recover from the stealth, it will regenerate for 20 seconds. The Barkskin talent has also been redesigned and it gives players 80 to 160% additional armor when not “shapeshifted” or in Travel Form. Another change is the Druid Tier 8 Balance Set to a four-piece bonus which is not affected by Starfire when it triggers – the change of the effect to be triggered was reduced to 8%.
Some other minor changes are: the ranged attack power bonus of the Hunter’s Mark was increased from 300 to 300, while the armor bonus of Frost Presence in Death Knights was decreased from 80% to 60%. Other than these, there are some other minor changes to the items, Ulduar, to a few other classes, and several bug fixes. We should hear more soon, and we will present you the official WoW Patch 3.1.3 and its Patch Notes.
