Comcast is preparing to release a 100Mbps service, according to the Inquirer, but its price range will be quite high. Currently, Comcast’s best plan is 50Mbps download speed, priced at $189 / month, which is pretty expensive. If we double the price, it would be $378 / month for the 100Mbps speed.
According to the Inquirer, Comcast should release their 100Mbps service “any day now”, but I’m curious how many subscribers will they get, considering the high price.
