Yesterday was supposed to be a great day for World of Warcraft players but Blizzard decided to ruin everybody’s day due to some issues with the trackers. The WoW Patch 3.1.3 was available for download, however, the Blizzard downloader tracker was not responding therefore users couldn’t download the WoW patch.

WoW Patch 3.1.3

WoW Patch 3.1.3 is available for download for Windows and Mac computers, but gamers are receiving an error which says “The tracker is not responding” and there is nothing you can do about it. The Blizzard support WoW team says that they are aware of this issue, and they are trying to solve it as quick as possible.

A few hours ago Blizzard announced that they solved the problems, but some realms were still under maintenance. Blizzard said that there will be an update soon that should solve every problem. I will admit that there are some patch mirrors that will allow you to download latest WoW Patch 3.1.3, but you should wait and get them officially from Blizzard. The mirrors for the WoW Patch 3.1.3 are only for Windows users, but if a Mac mirror shows up then you know what to do.

Blizzard’s WoW servers are still down due to maintenance, but they should go up before the trackers are repaired. Well, we surely hope that Blizzard will solve issues and today will be a normal day with the WoW Patch 3.1.3.

  • What else is new? Apart from the mirrors being a huge fail, my server was out for almost a full day yesterday! That sucked big time so I gave up on it. It’s only now that I’m starting to patch :s

  • I had this problem on the latest patch, but I put my laptop in safe mode (with networking) and it downloaded fine. (I have vista so I don’t know if this will work with other operating systems).
