Farm Town Outage Gone, The FaceBook App Is Up Again
When something goes bad on the Internet like Gmail outage, Hotmail outage, Yahoo outage, BlackBerry outage, etc, people say that this is the end of the Internet. Well, something went down last night, and something changed too. When Farm Town went down, FaceBook users said that this is the end of the world and that this is one of the saddest days of their lives.
Farm Town is probably the most popular game on social networking website, FaceBook, with 8.45 million players, and please note that the number is growing each day. Farm Town is a very addictive FaceBook game, and if you are a FaceBook user then you can play it right here (although you can’t call yourself a FaceBook user if you don’t know what Farm Town is).
The developers of Farm Town posted an official note at their forums which stated that “Farm Town is currently unavailable” and that they are working to solve the issues. According to the developers, there were some communication problems between their servers and FaceBook servers. In order to not “destroy” people’s crops, FarmTown’s developers extended the “Ready to Harvest” period and the crops were saved.
After a while the developers announced that “FarmTown is back online,” although there are few “minor glitches,” players should be able to play the game.
Well, the FaceBook is up again and you should hurry up to take care of your crops. Good luck!

My congratulations to you for such cool game. When I first joined Farm Town, it was only me and my sister; now, we have a pretty big group of friend and relatives who joined us in this application, and those who hear us talking about it keep wondering………..! only for a little while before they jump in the wagon!
I am devastated because I haven’t been able to access my FT. What’s going on????
I really need to get back in the game. My crops are ready and I have way too much ‘capital’ invested in my farm. Please help me get back in the game.
I have been sending you a series of emails and notifications as to a hackers thereat which possibly entered my group of neighbors. Please reply to this mail and let me know what is happening.
Also, if you could freeze my ‘farm time’ so my crops won’t go to waste, that would be greatly apprecciated.

I have lost a lot of crops due to no service! this upsets me because you offer a product and then take it away because you can’t handle the problem can’t get back what you lost !
I have not been able to get on for two days and am getting angry that I am going to lose all my crops.

and here I was worried it’s just me. New to FarmTown (2days) and was already going strong… addicted…. then BAM!!! a Terrorist attack… Any clue whats going on?
Farmtown is still down for some people. The attack does not specify in any detail what has actually happened (for the techies amongst us) but I can access, my wife, on her computer cannot.??
the development team have specified that all crops have been frozen in time and no one will lose crops as a result of the down time.
Lets hope they develop some better security so this doesn’t happen again.
i love this game but i hate to grow crops in real life it is so boring………so like now i am debating on if i should start a garden or grow corn cuz that would be pretty tight but then a gain i hate growing cros…and i HATE!the sun so much so i dont nnow wat i shoul do if anyone knows wat should do please email me at emma3you2@yahoo.com!!!!!!!1please give me ur response <3
