iPhone 3GS Lines Formed, But Not As Frenzy As It Used To Be
The iPhone 3G S is launching today. Well, it already launched depending on your timezone. The stores with iPhone 3G S in stock were supposed to open their doors at 7AM local time, and they did. Although it wasn’t as much frenzy as in previous years, you can still see iPhone 3G S lines in front of the Apple stores. People are now “accustomed” with the Apple and AT&T treatment therefore I’m sure many of you have preferred to stay at home or go to work instead of buying the smartphone.
Something could definitely go wrong as we’ve seen a couple of days ago with the iPhone OS 3.0 launch. iPhone activation server is temporarily unavailable or MobileMe accounts not working, while MMS and tethering not officially available. However, if you want MMS and tethering on your iPhone 3G or iPhone 3G S then here is how to send MMS on iPhone 3.0 UNOFFICIALLY, and how to enable tethering on iPhone 3.0 UNOFFICIALLY and it might NOT work for all of you.
Below you can see a few shots from outside the Apple store in New York and you can see more shots with the iPhone 3GS lines at Engadget.
P.S. If you bought your iPhone 3GS then let us a comment and specify that you left it using the Apple smartphone.
