Fallout 3 Point Lookout DLC Going Live Today
Point Lookout was announced quite a while ago and it has kept gamers waiting. Well, the wait is almost over now as the Fallout 3: Point Lookout DLC is going live today and it’s smoking hot. Bethesda already released Broken Steel, and The Pitt, however, both DLCs weren’t appreciated by gamers, but only because they weren’t so great. Point Lookout is the fourth expansion pack for Fallout 3, and as far as we can tell, it’s the best of all of them.
When you will start the game you will be taken at a meeting in the Capital Wasteland, then to Point Lookout where you will find some mutant hill-billies, a weird mansion, and a bunch of cultists. According to Bethesda, Fallout 3: Point Lookout is a DLC designed for Level 20+ players and you’ll see that the weapons are not as advanced as in previous DLCs.
Fallout 3 Point Lookout will be available on PC and Xbox 360 for 800 Microsoft points. After Point Lookout Bethesda will also release Mothership Zeta which will become the fifth expansion pack for Fallout 3. Also remember that in October, Bethesda will release the Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition will be available for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
