The Mozilla Foundation has released the third release candidate for Firefox 3.5 yesterday. Although it’s not clear yet what it’s now, you can download it right now as Mozilla considers this as a stable version. I guess there is no point in reminding you that Mozilla Firefox Release Candidate 3 is intended for developers to test their add-ons, and many other stuff. If you are a Firefox 3.5 user and you know some programming stuff, then you can report bugs to Mozilla – this will allow them to release the final version sooner.
Mozilla has updated the release notes for Firefox 3.5rc3, but it doesn’t say much now. I remind you that for the Mozilla Firefox 3.5rc2, the release notes remained unchanged from the Firefox 3.5rc1. Here is what it says now:
“This is a release candidate for Firefox 3.5, the upcoming release of the Firefox web browser. Thank you for helping us test this preview of the latest and greatest version of Firefox before it is officially released to the public. Please read below for more information.”
Below you can find the same information as ever, but we’re excited to see that Mozilla Firefox 3.5 final and stable will be released soon.
