Many drivers agree with this company, but I don’t as I’m definitely not thinking that it makes you drive easier and safer. GPS Pal is the manufacturer of mount that will keep your GPS in a car’s cup holder. GPS Pal will take your GPS from your windshield and put it in the cup holder so that you can drive “safer.” But how can you drive safer if you not looking at the road? How can you see what’s in front of you if you are looking at the cup holder?

The Texas-based company says that their GPS cup mount will provide better vision as there is nothing on the windshield, but I think a GPS is very small and if you position it properly then it won’t disturb your vision. A good thing is that the GPS Pal cup mount will make thieves NOT break into your car and steal your GPS as they won’t see any devices. The manufacturer says that if the GPS is positioned in the cup holder then you can easily setup your GPS therefore you won’t have to reach over the steering wheel, but I think you can set your routes from home if you are planning a long trip.

IMO the only other advantage is the fact that the GPS doesn’t heat up that much by standing in the sun for so long. Well, when you don’t user the GPS, then the GPS Pal will hold your cup of coffee. If you think this is an interesting idea then you can read more about the GPS Pal here.
