So, Apple did you remove an application which showed perfectly legal girls topless? Well, now you get child porn. Congratulations! The approve-remove apps from the iTunes Store saga continues with the latest iPhone application which pictured a 15-year-old nude girl. Apple removed Hottest Girls because they don’t allow porn, but child pornography seems to be OK with them as the BeautyMeter application features the pictures of several nude girls.
Beauty Meter is an application where iPhone users upload their photos and then other iPhone users will rate the images. BeautyMeter is a free application where a 15-year-old nude girl from the United States received about 5,000 star ratings. We know that it’s very hard to track all the pictures, but the developer of the application says that Beauty Meter users have to provide their unique iPhone device ID in order to track them down if they post explicit content.
Apple will not remove BeautyMeter for iPhone from the iTunes Store, but the developer should remove child pornography pictures. Also if Apple says that they don’t allow porn on their apps then all nude pictures should be removed.
The application is developed by Funnymals and you can read more about it here.

parents do your damn jobs! Why in hell do parents let their little twisted children run rampant, and moan when things turn horrendous?
I’m willing to bet that – after an investigation tracks down the source of the photos – the “underage” girls in question turn out to be well-established porn models (admittedly, popular specifically because they appear to be underage) and that pics captured from their websites were uploaded with false info by a prankster.
This whole thing with teen/pre-teen sex and taking nude pics of themselves certainly isn’t anywhere near as rampant as rumor and the tabloid media (which, these days, encompasses pretty much ALL “news” media) make it out to be. Folks lurrrrrrrv them some sex scandal and the media lurrrrrvs them the profits it brings them. Because, y’know, folks like Anna Nicole and Michael Jackson don’t die everyday. Aaaand because there’s really nothing else of importance to get upset about. Except Swine Flu, economic collapse, two wars, Iranian nukes, Pakistanti nukes, North Korean nukes, health care, climate change. Yup. nothin’ else to worry about at all.
That second girl is smokin hot
UH…. I hate to break it to you, but NUDITY is ART, underage or not. Pornography involves sex or explicit pictures. Those examples above are not explicit, and would fall under the art category…. underage or not.
Giggity Giggity… I love ART!
The right to depict adults and children in innocent nude poses has been upheld without a pause for 41 years. In case after case, the Supreme Court and lower courts have always upheld the constitutionality of “nudity without more,” specifically referring to the nudist depiction as a fully constitutional form of expression.
