Millions of prople all around Asia have had the chance to see the solar eclipse which lasted more than 6 and a half minutes. People from India, China, and Japan have been able to see the sun obscured by the moon during sunrise.
The 2009 solar eclipse have been the longest of the 21st century and it won’t be surpassed until June 13, 2132.
The eclipse has passed over a lot of big cities, including Shanghai, Surat, Vadodara, Bhopal, Varanasi, Chengdu, Chonqing, Wuhan, Hefei, Hangzhou, which offered millions of people the possibility to view the eclipse directly from their homes.
