A few days ago we were surprised to hear that Microsoft is releasing the Madden 10 demo earlier than expected. Although EA said that the Madden 10 demo will be available on both Xbox 360 and PS3 on July 30, Microsoft is releasing the Madden NFL 10 today if you are a Gold member of the Xbox Live.

This doesn’t sound fair for all PS3 users as the Madden 10 demo will be available at the PSN on July 30, even if only Gold members can download the game. This has created a confusion as there are two Madden NFL 10 demo versions: one that will be released today by Microsoft and which will feature a game between the Cardinals and the Steelers at the Super Bowl XLIII, and the other one that is the pre-order demo and which will feature a game between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants in a night game with heavy snow.

Well, if you are a Xbox Live Gold member then you are a very happy person as Madden 10 demo will become available in a few hours. Stay tuned, and we will let you know as soon as the game is officially live.

Update: Madden NFL 10 Demo is now available at Xbox Live. The game is sized at 1GB and you can download it only if you have a Gold account. Please note that the demo is free for download.
