Senator Edward “Ted” Kennedy’s death overwhelmed social media along with Mary Jo Kopechne Chappaquiddick incident
August 26th, 2009
Senator Edward “Ted” Kennedy died on August 25, 2009 and now social media is all overwhelmed by people searching for details about him, his family and the Chappaquiddick incident in which Mary Jo Kopechne died in 1969. Mary Jo Kopechne was a passenger in his car when he ran of a bridge and fell in the water.
Kennedy was the chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
Ted Kennedy has been diagnosed in May 2008 with a malignant brain tumor though he lived more than medics expected, but he died on August 25, 2009, just before midnight.
Now his wife Victoria, sister Jean Kennedy and his three sons mourn him along with all the people that loved him.

The Lion…Err Dog of the Senate.
“Teddy Kennedy was the weak kitten in the litter, never able to measure up to his brothers.
The accident at Chappaquiddick displayed his chronic immaturity. One problem Teddy has always had was keeping it in his pants – even when other people are around.”
- Cleo O’Donnell – wife of former Kennedy campaign aide.

Ref. to :Senator Edward “Ted” Kennedy’s death overwhelmed social media
Why does the press does not mention his first wife Joan Bennett Kennedy? She has done a great deal for the Kennedy clan and suffered tremendously. It seems she does not exist for the press.
Maybe Edward Kennedy was a great politician but regarding Joan and Maria Kopechne it leaves some questions unanswered.
I too wonder shy Joan has no mention. She is the mother of his children and lived through much tragedy with him, we see more about Vicky’s kids than the woman who spent 24 yeard with him The commentators repeated themselves so much it was nauseating, mabe they couldhave mentioned her instead of “Fillers” we heard 4 and 5 times
