After an extended controversy Van Jones has resigned from his position as environmental adviser for President Barack Obama. Jones was the man behind the “green jobs” for the White House Council, but he was lured away by the Republicans after he made some annoying statements at the GOP. It is said that President Obama didn’t prevent Jones from resigning as he even aided to his departure.

Van Jones made some bad comments at the GOP by saying that all of them who are in the Senate have abused of their positions to “push legislation through.” This is not all as a while ago he suggested that the US Government was involved in the September 11 terrorist attacks, and many other bad comments at the Republicans. His departure has been welcomed by many people in the US, but above all some thing that we has a good environmental adviser.

Although Jones apologized for his comments many times, the Republicans couldn’t forgive him and did everything possible to get rid of him. The controversy is far from being over as sources revealed the reason why Barack Obama aided to his resignation: the President is trying to get some praise after the health care debate which was a disaster.

On top of that we are more concerned of who is going to advise President Obama with regards of the environment. We just want a brilliant man who can think of everything, and provide the best solutions to help the environment. Green for all, right?
