A few weeks ago we spotted a mysterious handset by HTC codenamed Click. Although rumors were running wild, everything is now official as the former Click has now been unveiled and it’s called HTC Tattoo. At first this sounds like a weird rock’n'roll name, but it’s not like that. This is a smartphone for everyone as it comes packed with the customizable HTC Sense UI, and special covers that can be customized by the user.

The HTC Tattoo aka Click features a 2.8-inch QVGA 240 x 320 LCD touchscreen, 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus, 3.5mm headphone jack, 528MHz Qualcomm MSM7225 proc, 512MB ROM, 256MB RAM, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, dual-band UMTS/HSPA, WiFi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, built-in GPS, digital compass, accelerometer, and a microSD expansion card slot. That’s more than enough for this small handset measuring 106 x 55.2 x 14mm, while weighing 113 grams.

Although the price remains a mystery, you should know that the HTC Tattoo will be available in Europe in early October, while the rest of the world is getting the smartphone sometime in November. It already feels like fall as there a lot of devices coming, and most of them are just great making you very confuse as you just don’t know which one to choose. Oh boy this HTC Sense UI-Android OS combination sounds very appealing…
