Gears of War 3 Release Date: 12 November 2010?

With the previous games of the Gears of War series being a success (especially the first one since the second was buggy in some points), Gears of War 3 has managed to build a lot of hype around the gaming community.
No official comment regarding the official launch date for the game has been made, although a lot of rumors have been circling the internet placing the game in Q4 2010.
This video that reached YouTube exposes two posters of Gears of War with the following launch date: 12 Nov 2010. What do you think? Is the video fake or real?

If there is no official announcement then I can’t belive it just yet but the way it is looking that date seems about right.
