Robert Mueller, FBI Director, A Victim Of Email Phishing

One would expect the leader of an organization such as the FBI to know some things about the security threats that are being posed by email phishing. It seems that your expectations are not met by Robert Mueller, the Director of FBI.

Mueller stated at the Common Wealth Club of California forum that he almost revealed his banking password as a result of emails that appeared to come from his bank.

This seems like a bad marketing move for both himself and the FBI and can lead to a lack of trust in the organization but hopefully, not every FBI agent is not as big of an internet newbie as Mueller is.

  • I received and email saying that you have investigated a lottery winning for me in the amount of 800,000.00.Is this a scam?

  • I keep getting mail on the internet. Usually I do not pay attention, but this I decided to answer, about $10.5musd being transferred to me at the BofA.

I have not accepted any funds because the paper trail has to be provided before, but if any funds are being transferred, it is because someone not me [Lillian Pearl Khan] has pretended to be me, and has asked them to be sent. I have turned over substantial documentation to our government to handle, but although these funds belong to me, they have to be properly identified, and have to provide me with legal paper trail so that I have an accurate record.

Please send me a response as I do wish to receive funds that belong to me, but not in an unsafe environment. Where I live, there is 24/7 money laundering, and there are numerous people pretending to be me where I live. No one has begun to stop the activities. I do not know what more to do.

    Cordially yours,

    Lillian Pearl Khan
