L4D2 pre-order demo out Oct. 27, public demo Nov. 3
Bad news “Left 4 dead” lovers! On September 24`th Valve announced that L4D2 would launch on October 27`th, but it seems that the demo will first be available for to those that pre-order the game from retailers or Steam. On November 3, the demo will be out for all on the PC and for those that have Xbox Live Gold. Non-Gold subscribers will get, as usual, the demo on November 10.
The Left 4 Dead 2 demo will feature gameplay taken from “The Parish” campaign. Playable by 1 to 4 players over local or Internet connections on both the Xbox 360 and PC (with two-player split screen available on the Xbox 360), the demo features all the new boss infected zombies and all the new melee weapons included in the full product. So, please, do yourself a favor: grab a katana and start cutting fools down.
