The first Android phone coming out Sony Ericsson’s factories, the Samsung XPERIA X3 has been spotted by the guys at GSMArena.

From what the rumors tell us, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X3 will feature a monster of a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running at no less than 1GHz.

In addition, the word is that the 4-inch touchsceen capable of a 852×480 screen resolution will be as sharp as a ninja’s sword. Other cool features include the 8 MP camera with autofocus, GPS, Wi-Fi capabilities as well as integrated support for 10Mbps 3G. This first sighting of the phone presented a 1.6 version of Android, but it’s most likely that the gesture-ready Android 2.0 will be installed when it is launched.

While there are people that state the Xperia X3 will be ready in November, most specialists believe that the phone will be coming out in January.
