The race is between four cities like Chicago, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro, and Tokyo. There are two clear favorites: Chicago and Rio, while Madrid and Tokyo seem to have lost contact with the first two. However IOC member, Sir Craig Reedie, says that we shouldn’t think that the race is over as it will be a close call between all four cities.
