Canada Swine Flu Map by Google
An update regarding the swine flu outbreak in Canada has been given by Leona Aglukkaq, the Canadian Minister of Health and Dr. David Butler-Jones, Chief Public Health Officer. This update has confirmed 4 cases of A H1N1 from Nova Scotia and two additional cases discovered in British Columbia.
Research has proven that all 6 cases represent the same stream that has been discovered in the U.S. and Mexico in the past few days. These cases have been discovered due to the increased surveillance imposed by the government.
Dr. David Butler Jones has stated that there are no other reported cases and that existing ones have been treated to the disappearance of all symptoms. In addition, the Health Minister Aglukkaq has ensured the population that the government has taken extra security measures by issuing a health notice to all airlines and increasing their surveillance systems for controlling the spread of this disease.

People need to calm down about it. The media is just hyping it. It’s suppose to be as normal as a normal flu. People HAVE survived it too, Just wash your hands and stay cool. It’s probably just going to be like SARs, but not as bad. Just chill everybody, it’s not going to destroy the world. It’s just another step for the world.

People might not think it is that bad but it is. I was in contact with someone who came back from Mexico like a week before the first outbreak in canada. Guess what this is a month later and the hospital believes thats what i have.. whats hapenning is they r not taking blood samples of everyone and are srugging it off.. no one knows how to treat it yet so they send you home. they want u to stay home to prevent speading it. Well my son is getting sick too and to think of all the people we have been in contact with.. whole school and communitys. Its slowly growing. Now my symptoms exsist of runny nose, burning ears, nasty cough, sore throat, chills and sweats, and the hottness outside yesterday i could barely breath. My head hurts, temputure goes up and down. Had diarehha and vomitting weeks ago. So for saying everyone should calm down i dont think so. 1. hospitals dont know what to do with u but tell u to stay home. 2. they should be blood testing everyone with the symptoms. 3. why wait to give vaccines. 4. what happens to all of us who r sick now and like myself gets worse every day, can we wait for 6 months for a vaccine??? or will that be too late.. How many deaths do we need before everyone takes precautions and how long must we wait before health care people give us something.. It obviously spreds easy and time can vary. we should already be giving vaccines.. thank you for listening.
